Summoner: Seabound Staff or Sun Spirit Staff Keep mostly the same as the ones for the Eye of Cthulhu for mage.Ī great addition for rogue class would be the Raider's Talisman. Now, the armor made out of the Victide Bars should be decent enough to keep you alive through the fight, although a Diamond Robe combined with Jungle Pants and a Wizard hat for mage class and Obsidian armor or Gladiator armor for rogue class is better, although Victide armor is the easiest to obtain.Īccesories: something like the Sandstorm in a Bottle and Bundle of Balloons should be great, I do not recommend Hermes Boots, as they can make you run into a projectile easily, the Band of Regeneration can be great if your world is crimson, but the Band of Starpower is useful only if you're mage class. So now with that out of the way, you're on to exploring the underground, you'll need to look for some kind of a (hopefully) big Glowing Mushroom biome, the spawn for Crabulon is made using 25 glowing mushroom on an anvil, so look around the biome for some (make sure to take out the ones in the abandoned house, if there is one!), So now that you've defeated the Eye of Cthulhu, you should make the weapons now available to you.Īfter getting the weapons, a great idea is to go into your world's evil, visit the chasms and destroy Shadow Orbs or Crimson Hearts (Don't hesitate to destroy 3 and quickly recall before the boss attacks you!) to get the loot, get the chances of a Goblin Army and the chances of a Meteorite to fall onto your world. Some useful classless accesories that might make the bossfight easier: Bundle of Balloons, Amidias' Spark.įor bossfights in general: Potions aren't important, but can make the bossfight a lot easier, buffs help a lot! Magic Cuffs, Celestial Cuffs (If you've already broken some Shadow Orbs) and Mana flower (mage) The accesories used for this fights should be: Hermes Boots and Cloud in a BottleĬlass specific accesories include: any kind of String (if you're using melee yoyo) Starting with the arena, an arena similar to the one used for Desert Scourge should be really effective, except that making it longer could potentially make the bossfight easier. The bossfight could probably still easily be done with the use of Victide armor and some kind of weapon that can hit the eye from afar, Wulfrum or Victide weapons. The Eye of Cthulhu is a fairly easy bossfight with good preparations.Īt this point in the game, with some mining, you probably have a fair amount of life crystals or so. The fight doesn't quite need any kind of arena, but one can help. If you're going for accesories, I'd recommend the Cloud in a Bottle. King Slime is not a challenging fight, so Wulfrum armor + Wulfrum weapons should be enough to take it out, accesories are not really important, but can help out for people with a bit less experience. Your first boss will either be King Slime or Desert Scourge, entirely your choice, but I'll guide you through King Slime first, because of the official boss progression (). So, as every playthrough starts, I'd suggest getting some wood and building a couple of houses, after which I suggest roaming the world to find chests for loot and such, whilst also making sure you kill every Wulfrum Slime / Wulfrum Drone you can for armor and your class chosen weapon.įor my guide, I'll give weapons for all classes and so, whilst also mentioning atleast one of every class weapons for the bossfight I'm about to guide you through.
